Tribute to the Legends

The Second concert in the ‘Tribute to the Legends’ series will feature the Khaya Mahlangu Big Band.

After a successful run of full-houses at the Market Theatre earlier this year, Khaya Mahlangu is set to present his big band music again for this concert. Due to Covid regulations, the band will be slightly smaller but they will undoubtedly keep the spirit of the music in tact. His music is a masterclass in the South African Jazz sound, which Bra Khaya has lived through in his long career to be able to tell these stories with honesty and integrity. He is a seasoned performer who will have audiences enthralled with a beautiful sound that resonates with the soul of the nation.
