DECLARATION: I, the undersigned, on behalf of the choir, agree and abide by the rules of the event organisers. I further agree to allow all television and radio recordings of the choirs prescribe and own choice songs and photographs for publication to be utilized without payment on the understanding that they will be used to promote the City of Johannesburg Choral Programme in general. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the City of Johannesburg (“the City”) against all loss or damage from any cause which the City may suffer as a result of having granted me/ my organisation the use of the facility for recreational purposes.
